All game assets, character data, and imagery are the intellectual property of Nexon Co., Ltd. This site accesses publicly available data via the maplestory.io community API.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Spritefan2.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Age Requirement (13+)

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 13 years of age or older. If you are under 13, you may not create an account or submit any personal information. Users in the European Economic Area must be at least 16 years of age, or have verifiable parental consent.

3. Non-Commercial Fan Site

Spritefan2.com is a non-commercial fan project. We do not sell, monetize, or profit from MapleStory intellectual property. All tools are provided free of charge for the enjoyment of the MapleStory fan community. Any content generated using the Site's tools (such as exported chat bubble images) is for personal, non-commercial use only.

4. Intellectual Property

MapleStory game assets, sprites, audio, and related content are the property of Nexon Co., Ltd. This site does not host, distribute, or re-serve game assets directly. Character sprite data is fetched live from the maplestory.io community API, which provides access to v83 (pre-BigBang) game assets for fan use.

Original site code, design, and tooling created by the Spritefan2 team remain the property of the respective creators.

5. User-Generated Content

When you save characters or other data to your account, you retain ownership of your own configurations and notes. You grant the Site a limited license to store and display your content for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your characters.

Do not upload or create content that violates applicable laws.
Do not use the Site to harass, impersonate, or harm others.
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Site in ways that harm its operation.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of game data, or compatibility with any particular version of MapleStory. Use the tools at your own risk.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will note the last-updated date at the top of this page.
