Phase 0 — Site Shell LAUNCH March 2026

Site shell launched — homepage, Studio, Characters, legal, and help pages.
Chat Bubble Studio fully functional — all 43 v83 balloon styles, live preview, PNG export.
3-layer CSS architecture established (tokens → components → features).
Character Viewer tab scaffolded — full functionality coming in Wave 1.
Studio tabs for Map Viewer, NPC & Monsters, and Skills scaffolded.
Discord login stub in place — OAuth wired in Wave 1.
Cloudflare Pages deployment configured — auto-deploys on push to main.

Future updates will appear above. Wave 1 (character library + Discord OAuth) coming next.
